Fullstory is a behavioral data company that just released a Behavioral Insights Benchmark Report. I’m still digging into it — well done, by the way — but here’s the TL, DR: AI hasn’t quite mastered the nuances of the mobile experience, and it’s leading to a lotta rage clicks and mobile bouncin’.

This is the first time I’ve heard about “The Frustration Economy” – is this a new term, or am I behind everyone? (don’t answer that).
