The best brand refresh in the world can be undone by a sales team that refuses to use the new logo. There’s a right way and a terrible way to announce an organizational restructure. Executive profiles don’t have to be as boring as mud. Not everything has to be a press release. The people who sit on boards and private equity firms appreciate clear, direct writing. Sometimes C-suite leaders need someone else to write their LinkedIn posts. Writing an employer brand story is almost more fun than writing the company brand story.
